We can visit people in the comfort of their home and offer flexible hours.

Workshop Service

Many jobs are cheaper when performed in-house as we are able to run these tasks in parallel, improving technician output per hour. This saving is passed on the client.

Virus and spyware removal

Generally performed in the workshop,  South West IT have PCs dedicated for virus removal.

Data recovery and repair

We can recover accidentally deleted data from drives and can employ a specialist recovery company, operating a Grade-1 “Clean room”.

Upgrades and Replacements

We carry stock of commonly used parts and can arrange specialist parts from suppliers across Australia as needed.

AVG authorised reseller

Cloud managed Antivirus solutions such as AVG Cloud Care allow for much better reporting and faster reaction to infections.

Data Transfer and Windows re-installation

We can transfer data from an old computer to a new one or re-install an existing computer and replace the user’s data once complete.

Security Auditing

Essentially low-level penetration testing. This involves externally probing a client’s network perimeter (with their knowledge and consent) and also assessing vulnerabilities inside their perimeter that may be exploited. High-level penetration testing can be engaged if required through a specialist third-party.

Disaster recovery and planning

We can design a backup system to suit a client’s needs and test the system periodically to ensure that it is working as expected.

Offsite data storage via Storagecraft cloud servers

Risk mitigation to physical destruction of backups or the client’s premises.
